Bideo honetan azaltzen den legez, jugoslaviar herriak ez ziren gudara destinatuak, ez eta beste herriak baino basatiagoak edota indarkeriara emanagoak. 90ko gudak pizteko arrazoia, 1945ean Titok sortutako Jugoslavia Sozialista, Estatu nazioanitz eta oparoa desegitea izan zen. Desegite hori nazioarteko interes pribatu eta korporatiboen interesendako operazio bat izan zen, eta eklkarrenganako gorrotoaren agerpena, amomnkomuneko ondare honen desegitearen ondorioa. Bestealde Mendebaldeko potentzia eta instituzioen (EB, NATO, NDF, Munduko Bankua) interbentzio politiko, militar eta ekonomikoa; herri horien arteko bakea bermatzeko baino, herri horien kolonizazio ekonomikoan sakontzeko helburuarekin egin izan da.
